Job Description
We are looking for a Human Resource manager with In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, including employment law, compensation, and benefits. Talent acquisition and management, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HRIS systems, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to executive leadership and managers on HR-related matters.
Ensure HR initiatives support the organization’s long-term growth and success. - Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning. Ensure effective onboarding processes for new hires to promote their integration into the organization.
- Establish and maintain positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts.
- Develop and promote employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction, motivation, and productivity.
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair practices.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and analysis to determine appropriate compensation levels.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks and maintain a safe and respectful work environment.
- Design and implement performance management systems and processes to ensure effective feedback, goal setting, performance evaluation, and recognition.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
- A master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g. CIPM) may be preferred or beneficial.
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, such as HR Manager is essential.
- Familiarity with current trends and best practices in HR, as well as emerging technologies and tools used in HR management, is important.
